Splat

This is my (nearly completed) 24″ block for the Greater Western Sydney MQG. We were given 6 – Riley Blake F8th’s plus the addition of solids to create the block. I have named my block, “Splat”. It was a DAYG ( Design As You Go ) project. 

For my Tone it Down quilt #APQquiltalong, I decided to go sashless. However, I will add a border to finish off the quilt and complete the pink 9 patches around the edges.
