Stranded

Join the fun of the stranded blog hop hosted by United Notions.
To complement my magical supply of Sewing Machine, Moda Fabrics, Rotary Cutter, Mat, Aurifil Thread and electricity, I would choose:
  • Sewline Glue Pen: I use this pen with English Paper Piecing and foundation piecing. I can adhere the fabric to the paper for stability. The glue is light and water soluble and fabric can be easily removed from the papers when finished.
  • Sewline Air Erasable Pen: This is my favourite fabric erasable pen for marking patterns, seam allowances and 1/4” markings on fabric. Lines can be erased by simply dabbing water or disappear completely over days without intervention. I love the non bleed precision of the pen.
  • Clover wonder clips: where have you been all my life? These nifty little clips are great for bindings and holding down seams for English Paper Piecing as they are sewn together or tacked. Flat on one side so they easily glide over the sewing machine plate. They now have them in jumbo size for heavier projects.

In addition, I would love to build a hut made of Tim Tams that miraculously never melted or depleted in quantity and have an army of minions to cut, press and bring me an endless supply of cocktails with little umbrellas.
