Bananas and Bonfires
It was bonfire night at the neighbours and we feasted on potatoes, salmon, steak, chicken and marshmallows all roasted in the fire. For dessert, we split lady finger bananas, filled them with dark chocolate pieces and Baileys Irish Cream, wrapped them in foil and cooked them on the fire. Finished off with a dab of cream. Yum.

That does sound yummy. We'll have to give that a try this summer.

Oh yum! I'm going to try this at the campsite this summer! It is Easter Weekend in Canada, for you, too? Happy Easter from me!

Yummo – might try that one day – in an oven I think.

This sounds wonderful! We will split the banana, add peanut butter, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. A family favorite!

Those bananas sound like something I need to remember. Thanks for the idea.
