Three months of Bee Blocks

Oct 8, 2013 by quiltjane 1 Comment

I have finally caught up with all my Bee blocks for the AusMod Bee group.
August was a fun block where we could choose any word that held some meaning for us. Wisdom was the first word that came to mind. As Ron Mollison once said, “Wisdom makes sense out of paradox.”
Catherine provided text fabrics for the background and a scrappy mix for the free form letters.
September blocks were a square in square theme made from Julie’s rainbow stash of fabrics. The finished blocks consisted of a mixture of 4″, 8″, 12″ and 16″ blocks.

The October block was a 12″ finished block made using Lizzy House Constellations fabric.
