Skopelos Blog Hop

Take a trip to the Greek of isle of Skopelos. Katarina Roccella’s third collection Skopelos combines the geometric and natural elements of this beautiful island and its surrounding sea.
Set against Pure elements Nocturnal background, this paper pieced design reflects the geometric patterns found in ancient greek art and architecture. I just love the rich coral and pink floating in the soft teals and aquas of this collection.
Finished quilt size : 29″ x 29″. Quilted with Aurifil 1248 50wt cotton with a dense geometric pattern.
