It’s the 3rd Saturday in September and you know what that means … It’s National Sew a Jelly Roll Day 2021. Social Media will be buzzing with Jelly Roll quilts and patterns. It’s an opportune time to gather your quilting friends and some Jelly Rolls and have a weekend of sewing.
This year I have created an easy pattern for you to make a lap-sized quilt to use while you cuddle up on the sofa while watching your favourite Rom Com.
Square2 is an easy quilt that finishes at 72″ x 72″ and uses only one Jelly Roll and your favourite solid. I made this quilt in the groovy, A Blooming Bunch fabric by Maureen McCormick for Moda.
