That would be the Terrain collection by Kate Spain. From the moment i saw that collection i knew i had to make a hexie flowergarden from it.
I think the Happy Mochi Yum Yum range would make some fabulous hexie flowers! And this giveaway would make a great start!

Wow, what a generous giveaway!! I'm quite new to hexagons so not completely sure which collection I would use since I am in love with so many!! I have been looking at a bundle from Fabricworm called Secret Woodland which has a mix of designers that really catches my eye. Having said that though I have also been looking at Innocent Crush and it is so lovely too!! Decisions, decisions, I would be extreemly happy with either. 🙂

I don't think I would be able to limit myself to any one collection. I would want to do a fussy cut collection. I have seen some fabulously cute flowers and have never tried doing fussy cut hexies.

I have always loved these and have never been brave enough to try it.
I've only just started reading up about hexies and have made about 20 so far! Have not connected them yet as I was worried about "lumpiness" and your tutorial and tip about using thinner thread was a great guide on this – I now have the confidence to try it soon! So thank you! I won't be using any specific fabric collection for my first project, as I think hexies are the perfect way to use up the large quantity of scraps I have. But once I go through that, Indian Summer by Riley Blake would be my choice 🙂

I am developing an appreciation for batiks. I think I would use batiks.
I want to make one that is just out of the old Amy Butler lines… the ones that made me fall in love with quilting. I haven't actually ever made a quilt with them, and I think they would be awesome!

I love hexies, but haven't had the nerve to try them yet! I think a garden made from the Elm Creek/Carolyn's collection would be lovely.

First, if I am not eligible because I do not have a blog, then disregard my 'entry' for the awesome prize package.
But, I do hope that I am still eligible. Since I first started reading about quilting a little more than a year ago to learn as much as I could I have loved the hexies. I was unable to locate quilt classes locally so I turned to all of you awesome bloggers who are so wonderful sharing your love of the quilting world to everyone. I can't ever thank all of your for the wonderful tutorials and all that I've learned from each of you. I've now finally located a shop locally and just finished my 3rd of 6 beginning quilt piecing classes and am having a blast.
I have yet to do any hexies but they are up near the top of my 'want to make' list and winning this package would surely get me on my way to crossing that off my list.
You said you like stitching to the center hexie first and then connecting the sides; I wondered if you do them that way because it's easier to get to the center one that way or if there is another reason. I'd love to know more because I've seen others say differently. Anyway, thank you very much for the awesome tutorial. They really do help so much when there are such great pictures to go along with the instructions.
I have a serious love of all Tula Pink's designs on fabric! I have a great stash of Parisville that would look so awesome as hexies!!

I want to use some Kaffe Fassett prints in red, fuschia, or orange — fussy cut, of course!
I would love to make a bunch of hexies out of Kaffe Fassett's shot cottons.

I've seen your shop mentioned on other blogs and even saw your cool hexie tool. I'm glad you are having the giveaway – as it prompted me to come check out your shop. I've been thinking of doing hexies – but not sure where to start. I think the Innocent Crush is beautiful – but I also think the Java would make great hexies.

In my world, the scrappier, the better, so I wouldn't use a fabric collection but rather, a whole collection of fabric collections!
I have always wanted to give hexies a try. This would be perfect. And I think a Garden in Innocent Crush would be fantastic. I love that line!!

For me the Cabbages and Roses Northcote range would be my perfect introduction to hexies….our wedding reception was held at Northcote Manor. This would be a splendid way to remember it.
