To Market, to Market …
What an epic week. I have finished two more quilts for Spring market and they are on their way to Pittsburg to their temporary home on the booth walls of Art Gallery Fabrics.
Jungle Ave Bloom is made from some of the fabrics of Sara Lawson’s (SewSweeteness) new fabric collection, Jungle Ave. Appliqued with the invisible thread. Quilted with Aurifil 2600, 4020 and 1148 50 wt cotton thread.
Nouvelle Tulips is made using Pat Bravo’s newest collection, Nouvelle. Appliqued using the Invisible Thread. Quilted with Aurifil 2437
50 wt Cotton thread.
This quilt I made last month will also be travelling to market. Dresden Du Jour is another Pat Bravo collection, Rapture set on a background of the Optical Noir, Minimalista. Quilted with Aurifil 2105
50 wt cotton thread.
Nouvelle Tulips and Jungle Ave Bloom will be available as patterns soon and for those that purchased the Dresden Du Jour paper piecing pattern for the block, the setting instructions of the quilt will be published in a post.
Travel safely my little ones and one day return to mama safe and sound.

I really like your first two quilts here. I must be exciting to sew for market using new fabric. Your designs are beautiful.
